Established in 2017
Spamed uses machinery and equipment supplied by leading OEMs such as Stormax and Emaboda. The manufacturing is accommodated in the area of 3 hectares. Located in Vologda and is accessible for logistics and shipment. The equipment allows offering a full range of rotary cut veneer products and flexibly respond to demand and supply changes. Spamed’s monthly capacity for popsicle sticks is up to 200 million pieces, for cosmetic spatulas – up to 50 million pieces per month.
We use only environmentally friendly material – birch wood, supplied from central Russia. We do NOT treat wood with any chemical compositions for the sake of better appearance.
Quality Control
Our manufacturing processes are certified and controlled per the most stringent quality standards. These products have manual and automatic grinding phases with the possibility of waxing and branding according to customer requirements. Delivery of finished products to the customer’s warehouse is available upon request.
